RETURN POLICY


Return requests may be placed within 7 days from the day of delivery. BeUnique Accessories will send a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit if your jewelry was received damaged or defective. 

If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, you will have the option to exchange for a replacement or receive a refund. That refund will be given in the form of store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. BeUnique Accessories reserves the right to refuse all returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless there are mishaps on our end. Please contact us for any product concerns. 

Please understand that we can not restock or issue a refund for items once they leave our facility. We will not accept any returns of product for reasons other than a jewelry piece being damaged, defective or a mishap on our end. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours. If you have further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
