SHIPPING POLICY

All customized jewelry can take 4-6 weeks to complete. Depending on the country, delays can occur. Customs and duties fee may apply, these fees are not charged by BeUnique Accessories - they are a requirement from your country's postal service. BeUnique Accessories is not responsible for paying any customs fees associated with your package.

BeUnique Accessories ensures the delivery of each order to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, BeUnique Accessories shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund. BeUnique Accessories does not take responsibility for lost packages nor stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service and shall in no way be required to issue a refund. 

The production, shipping and customer support is CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays. Our customer support hours are 6AM - 6PM Monday through Friday.
